摘　　要： 国家货币政策运行对经济活动有重要影响。中国人民银行决定,自2010年10月20日起上调金融机构人民币存贷款基准利率0.25个百分点,这是央行近三年来首次加息。文章研究"适度宽松的货币政策"对广东省区域经济的实施效应,并对实施效应进行影响分析,提出了应对措施与建议。 The Monetary Policy has great impact on economic activities.The PBOC has raised RMB benchmark interest rates for 0.25% from Oct 20,2010,which is the first time for the PBOC to do so in the past three years.Through analyzing the enforcement effects and influences of ＂moderately loose monetary policy＂ on regional economy in Guangdong province,this paper aims at providing some beneficial reference for regional economic policy-making in the near future.
