摘 要: 为了提高作物种子处理精度,在自行研制多功能光电种子处理机的基础上,介绍了其工作原理,分析了系统性能要求及检测控制技术要求,建立了基于PLC的作物种子处理控制系统。对PLC控制系统进行了总体设计,试验表明:所设计的控制系统操作简便、精度较高,能够满足作物种子处理要求。 With the rapid development of modern agricultural technology, new control technology continues to penetrate into many aspects of the agricultural. In order to improve the accuracy of crop seeds, the paper analyzed the performanc, e requirements of system and introduced the working principle of multi-purpose seed treatment apparatus based on the study of multi-functional optoelectronic processor by self-developed, and the system was designed based on PLC. Experiments show that the control system meet the treatment requirements of crop seeds, and operate easy, precision highly.
