摘　　要： 行业协会的能力,是指行业协会履行职能和满足行业需要所必须具备的知识、经验和技能等。行业协会的能力建设,即行业协会培育行业协会能力的活动和过程,其基本内容包括调查研究能力和人际沟通能力。其建设的途径有:将更多有能力的员工引入组织、提高其能力和文化素质。但是在行业协会财力薄弱、社会价值尚未彰显的时候,政府有必要在财政上予以支持。 The capacity of Industry Associations referred to the knowledge,experience and skills that Industry Associations must possess to perform its functions and meet the industry need.Capacity construction of Industry Associations,also is an capacity fostering activities and processes,its basic content include research skills and interpersonal communication skills.The main construction ways are：introduce more talents with high quality and improve their abilities and cultural qualities.However,when Industry Associations have weak financial and their social value has not been demonstrated,the government has the necessary to give a financial support.
