摘 要: 产业转移,本质上是现有生产力在空间布局上的调整,其中人力资本对产业转移成功与否起到关键的作用。在珠三角产业转移的背景下,站在地方高校视角探讨产业转移需要的创新型人才培养模式,从分析创新性人才的必要性、产业转移与人力资本的内在机理出发,提出珠三角产业转移中创新型人才培养的相关对策。 Essentially,industry transfer is the productivity in spatial layout,and the human capital plays a critical role of the adjustment for a successful industrial transfer.Based on the background of the Pearl River Delta industrial transfer,this paper discusses the industrial transfer in innovative talent training in local colleges and universities,from the perspective of the innovative talent,the industrial transfer and the inner mechanism of human capital,and then proposes some countermeasures for training innovative talents in the transfer of PRD industry.
