摘　　要： 本文以社会对工科各类人才的实际需求为出发点,结合本专业的实际情况,提出了在高等教育中分层次培养模式的观点,并对实施分层次模式的构建进行了探讨,对具体的措施进行了讨论,以期为教育模式的改革提供思路。 The teaching approaches in training engineering talents should be taken into account based on social needs.The concept of Delaminated Cultivation is formed and the construction of Delaminated Cultivation is getting under way.In the paper practical measures in Light Chemical Engineering Specialty are discussed and the experiences and thoughts are summarized for the reform of education.
