摘 要: 通过问卷调查和多元回归分析,得出高尔夫设施与服务、球场环境、参与状况、认知态度与满意度有不同程度的正相关,其中,认知态度、参与状况和高尔夫设施与服务是影响满意度的主要因素,最后针对研究结果提出对策与建议. Golf industry has developed rapidly in China, but related research has lagged behind. From the view of actual experience and perception of participants, this research analyzes the correlation of golf facilities and services, golf course environment, participation, cognitive and attitudes, with golf participants' satisfaction. The empirical research and multiple regression analysis conclude that golf facilities and sen'ices, golf course enviromnent, participation, cognitive and attitudes all have different degrees of positive correlation with golf participants' satisfaction, in which golf course facilities and services, golf course environment, cognitive and attitudes are main factors. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
