摘 要: 研究了绞股蓝不同粒度组成在100℃水温、浸提10 min条件下可溶成分的浸出动态。研究结果表明,1次浸出速率为颗粒下段(小粒度)分布>上段(大粒度)>中段(中粒度),水浸出物总量、氨基酸浸出速率依次为下段(80.50%、91.60%)>上段(89.13%、86.31%)>中段(87.89%、82.02%);皂甙2次浸出率达到80%,说明皂甙在热水中溶解性好,而可溶性糖1次浸出率较低。说明小颗粒组成更有利于各种成分浸出,然而,活性成分含量则为中等粒度高,大粒度中,细粒度最低。 The paper studied the different size state components of Gynostemma penlaphyllum temperature at 100℃,10 min extraction of soluble components under dynamic leaching.The results showed that disposable leaching rate,in order were smaller-size particles,large particles,medium size.The water extract amount and amino acids leaching rate were smaller size particles(80.50%,91.60%),large particles(89.13%,86.31%),medium size(87.89%,82.02%).Twice leaching mention rate was higher than 80%,indicating that saponin good solubility in hot water;soluble sugar one leaching eas relatively slow.Showing small particle size was more advantageous to the various active ingredients of leaching,however active ingredients for medium size were highest,large particle size middle,fine granularity lowest.
