摘　　要： 茶多酚是茶叶中一类主要的化学成分。利用快速溶剂萃取的方法,提高样品的萃取效率、大大减少溶剂用量;同时应用高效液相色谱法测定茶多酚的含量,方法快速、准确,为进一步开发茶多酚的用途,提供了可靠的理论和实验依据。 Tea polyphenols are a class of major chemical composition.In this paper,the method of accelerated solvent extraction is used to improve the efficiency of sample extraction and the amount of solvent is greatly reduced while the contents of polyphenols are detected by using HPLC.The Method is rapid and accurate,providing a reliable theoretical and experimental basis for further use of tea polyphenols.
