摘　　要： 食品分析综合实验旨在通过综合实验内容和实验方法掌握食品质量检测技术。文中为合理选择食品分析综合实验,根据资料和以往的教学经验将实验分为5种不同类型,同时阐述了实验内容和设计思路。教学实践表明兼顾不同类型实验的训练能使学生的食品分析技能更全面、更系统。 The comprehensive experiment of food analysis is for the purpose of mastering food quality detection technology through the comprehensive experiment content and the experimental technique.In order to reasonably choose the comprehensive experiment of food analysis,according to the data and the previous teaching experience,it will be divided into five different types of experiment,and it also described the experimental content and design ideas.The teaching practice indicated that the proper attention to both different types experiment training can cause student＇s food analysis skill to be more comprehensive,to be more systematic.
