摘 要: 本实验主要从脱墨浆的浮选白度、残余油墨、胶黏物和纤维流失等方面分析了改性膨润土脱墨剂对ONP的脱墨效果,并采用皂类型脱墨剂、表面活性剂复配型脱墨剂与之对比,实验结果显示,改性膨润土脱墨剂对ONP的浮选白度增值为8.70%ISO、残余油墨降值(ERIC值)为610.00mg/kg、胶黏物降值为241个/kg、纤维流失为0.64%,在三种脱墨剂中有一定的优势。 This paper discussed the effect of clay-type deinking agent on the brightness, residual ink, stickies and fiber loss of ONP, and it also compared it with soap-type deinking agent and surfactant mixed deinking agent. The results showed that after treatment by clay-type deinking agent, the brightness of ONP increased by 8.7% ISO, re- sidual ink value( ERIC value) reduced 610mg/kg, the number of stickles decreased 241 per kilogram and fiber loss of ONP was 0.64%. Clay-type deinking agent has best deinking performance among three deinking agents.
