摘　　要： 采用Web2.0的wiki、tag、blog、weblog等相关技术,在知识元的分类标引、建立知识元库、知识挖掘、建立知识评价体系方面进行研究,为图书馆在Web2.0新的网络环境下,运用知识元理论对图书馆知识组织与服务方式进行革新。 Some of currently used web2.0 technologies will be used on classification indexing of knowledge element,building of knowledge element repository,knowledge mining and Knowledge evaluation.Under the Circumstance of Web 2.0,we can reform library knowledge organization and service based on the theory of knowledge element.
