摘　　要： 现代图书馆是以用户(读者)为中心,加强对用户评价的调查和数据处理对改善图书馆工作具有重要的意义。利用粗糙集理论的属性约简和区分函数等工具,对学校图书馆日常调查所积累的用户对图书馆服务质量的评价数据进行分析,给出了一个挖掘其中隐藏的模式和知识的方法,有助于图书馆管理层提高服务水平和促进馆员素质建设。 The user（reader） has already become the center and start point of all works of the modern library and it is of great significance to improve the library work for us to strengthen user evaluation survey and data processing.By using some tools of the rough set theory,such as the attribute reduction and discernibly function,the paper makes a detailed analysis for the user evaluation dates to the university library and presents a method to dig out the knowledge and pattern hidden in the great amount dates,which can help to improve the service levels and promote the good qualities of librarians.
