摘　　要： 张家界市产业经济运行中存在较为严重的产业结构失衡的问题,产业经济结构调整与优化是其"十二五"工作的重中之重。在全面分析张家界市"十一五"期间产业经济运行现状的基础上,从产业集中度、产业带动能力及不同产业发展对宏观经济运行的影响几个方面剖析其产业经济运行中所存在的动力机制,并从其三次产业结构、产业区域经济结构布局、产业所有制结构、产业投资结构优化等方面提出张家界市"十二五"期间产业经济结构优化的对策与路径依赖,为其"十二五"发展规划制定提供坚实的理论与实证基础。 There exists some serious unbalance problem in industrial economic structure in Zhangjiajie. Adjusting and optimizing an industrial economic structure will be its important work in 2011 - 2015. Based on industrial economic structure actuality in zhangjiajie, the paper takes apart its impetus mechanism of industrial economic running from industrial centralizing degree, industrial driving ability, and macroeconomic effect of different industry. The paper brings forward the path depending of optimizing its industrial econontic structure in 2011 - 2015 from three industrial structure arrangement, indortrial regional economic structure distribution, industrial possession economic structure, and industrial investment economie structure. These countermeasures will offer stable theoretical and positive baseraent for setting down of its ＂the 12th Five- Year Plan＂ development layout.
