摘　　要： 中国国家科技体制自1949年确立到至今已经有60多个年头,可以说中国国家科技体制已经发展的比较完善了,但也还存在着一些问题。因此,本文将从中国现代科学技术体制的法律政策规范体系存在的问题及其完善的措施两个方面对中国现代科学技术体制作一初步的探讨。 China＇s science and technology system has been established for more than 60 years since 1949.It develops more perfect,but there still are some problems.Therefore,from the problems of legal and policy normative system of China＇s modern science and technology system and this paper discussed China＇s modern science and technology system.
