摘　　要： 随着区域经济的深入发展,公平与效率这对矛盾有了新的表现形式,即在效率的驱动下,经济增长呈现相对集中的趋势,而在公平的引导下,公共服务则体现为均等化要求。经济增长相对集中趋势与公共服务均等化既然存在着相互联系也有着内在的张力。国家和地方需要选择科学的公共政策对其张力加以调适,这样才能有利于社会经济的和谐发展。 With the further development of regional economy,the contradiction between equity and efficiency has been taken a new form;i.e.driven by efficiency,economic growth tends to be relatively concentrated;and under the guidance of equity,public service should be equally shared.There＇s interconnection as well as tension between the trend of concentrated economic growth and equalization of public service.The central and local governments need to choose some scientific public policies to regulate their tension for the harmonious development of the society and economy.
