摘　　要： 创业投资在目前的科技产业化过程中具有突出的意义。本文分析了创业投资的特征、趋势和投资环境，在此基础上，对我国创业投资存在的问题展开了讨论。最后按创业投资过程探讨了创业投资的管理问题。 Venture investment plays an important role during the process of industrialization of Hitechnology. The characteristics, tendency and environment of venture investment are analyzed in this paper. Then, existing problems of venture investment in China are discussed. Finally,some methods about management during process of venture investment are proposed.
