摘 要: 从广东省17个未免疫猪流感病毒(SIV)疫苗的规模化猪场和3个肉联厂的待屠宰猪群中采集2 155份血清样品,采用ELISA方法进行猪流感的血清学调查。结果发现,种猪和肉猪H1亚型猪流感抗体阳性率分别为39.6%(329/830)和37.6%(498/1325),H3亚型抗体阳性率分别为10.8%(90/830)和4.6%(61/1325),H1+H3阳性率分别为5.2%(43/830)和1.8%(25/1325)。从281份猪鼻拭样品和肺样品中分离并鉴定出5株猪流感病毒,其中H1N1亚型3株,H3N2亚型和H1N2亚型各1株。 A total of 2155 blood samples were collected from 17 pig farms and the pigs to be slaughtered in Guangdong and the antibody levels of swine influenza virus (SIV) H1 and H3 subtypes were determined by ELISA. The resuhs showed that the positive rates of H1 sub- types antibody of breeding pigs and commercial pigs were 39. 6% (329/830) and 37.6% (498/1325), respectively; the positive rate of H3 subtypes antibody were 10. 8 % (90/830) and 4. 6% (61/1325 ), and the positive rate of H1 +H3 subtypes antibody were 5. 2 % (43/830) and 1.8% (25/1325). From 281 samples collected from nasal swabs and lungs of pigs, 3 strains of H3N2, 1 strain of H1N1 and 1 strain H1N2 subtypes of SIV were isolated.
