摘　　要： 以宁波市典型居住小区为研究对象，对小区的现状、规划中的停车问题进行了调查，从小区特点和小汽车使用等相互关系入手，对小区停车问题进行了进一步分析研究，提出了解决典型居住小区停车问题的对策和建议。 This paper conducted an investigation and focused the parking problem that Ningbo residential communities faced.
