摘 要: 采用归纳分析及力学计算相结合的方法,研究了我国古建筑木结构工程中普遍采用的铁件加固技术。基于对数座古建筑的实际勘查及分析结果,研究了古建筑木结构采用铁件加固技术的分类及特点,客观地评价了加固效果,对不足之处提出了改进建议。结果表明:铁件加固技术可有效提高古建筑木结构的承载能力及刚度,但也存在加固件易锈蚀、不易更换且破坏木材的问题;另一方面,采取合理的铁件加固方式或者使用新的加固材料,将实现木结构有效保护。 To protect Chinese ancient buildings,the iron-strengthening techniques in Chinese ancient wooden buildings were studied by the classified and mechanical analysis.Based on the survey and analysis results on several ancient buildings,the classification and characters of strengthening techniques by iron were discussed,the strengthening results were evaluated and the feasible advices were proposed.The results show that the iron-strengthening techniques would be helpful for enhancing the strength as well as rigidity of Chinese ancient wood buildings,however,there also exist some shortcomings such as the corrosion of iron,the destruction of wood,the inconvenient maintenance for strengthening components and so on;On the other hand,the rational strengthening techniques by iron or new strengthening materials applied in Chinese ancient wooden buildings could solve the problems as mentioned above.
