摘　　要： 全混釜监控系统主要用于监控全混釜运行流程,对其反应过程进行实时监控并作出及时的干预。在程序开发设计各个模块的基础上,在组态王上实现全混釜温度及压力的采集、处理和实时监控,并完成报警、数据记录、报表生成及打印等功能。系统集控制设计、数据库技术、计算机网络连接技术于一体,使用组态王软件实现友好的人机界面,可扩展性好,可靠性高,可维护性强。 This monitoring system is used for real-time monitoring and makes a timely intervention for the continuous stirred tank reactor production process.The real-time monitoring of the continuous stirred tank reactor and application of Kingview software are introduced which are based on the program module.The main functions are data acquisition and processing,the real-time monitoring of temperature and pressure signal.The interface also includes dynamic data display,alarming,data-browsing and report generation and printing functions of the continuous stirred tank reactor with very good user-interface.The practical operations show that the program has high reliability and maintainability.
