摘 要: 根据回转式空气预热器的传热机理进行了理论分析,建立了相应的数学模型。在定义了无量纲温度、无量纲时间、无量纲长度的基础上,采用矩阵理论建立数学模型来分析空气、烟气、金属温度的变化曲线,计算了参考文献空气预热器蓄热板的温度分布,计算结果能够准确地反应最低壁温,避免了低温腐蚀,表明矩阵算法的工程精度高,为电厂的安全经济性提供了可靠的理论支持。 Theoretical analysis is done based on the heat transfer mechanism of rotary air preheater, and mathematical model is established correspondingly. Based on the definition of dimensionless temperature, dimensionless time and dimensionless length, matrix theory is adopted to set up mathematical model in order to analyze the curves of air, gas and metal temperature. The temperature distribution of heat - storage boards is calculated, and the result indicates that the calculation can precisely reflect the lowest wall temperature, thus, low temperature corrosion can be avoided. It offers a reliable theoretical support for the safety and efficiency of power plant.
