摘　　要： 中国经济特区的特殊性,是在经济领域允许引进西方先进生产力,特许特区引进某些西方先进生产技术、设备、物资与先进的企业管理方式,给予三资企业税收优惠等特殊经济政策。随着经济特区社会生产力和经济基础的发展,以及域外文明的影响,必然引起特区政治文明等上层建筑领域的变革。政治改革的先行与试验是特区建设与发展的题中之义。 The features in the special economic zones in China are shown as follows: the western advanced productivity is allowed to be introduced in the economic areas,certain western advanced producing technology,equipment,material and enterprise management methods are brought into the special economic zones under the specific permission,and special economic policies like taxation benefits are granted to the enterprises involving foreign investment.With the development of the social productivity and economic basis in the special economic zones,as well as the alien civilization,the reformation in the field of superstructure like the political civilization in the special economic zones will be necessarily brought about.
