摘　　要： 掌握现行经济发展方式形成机理是加快转变经济发展方式的重要前提。文章从土地制度的视角分析了现行经济发展方式形成的机理,指出现行土地制度是我国经济发展中需求结构失衡、产业结构失衡及要素结构失衡的重要制度成因。文章指出,加快经济发展方式转变需要改革土地制度,增加地方政府和企业获得土地的难度,并减少它们从土地中获得的收益。 It is an important prerequisite for accelerating the transformation of the mode of economic development to master the formation mechanism of the current mode of economic development.The paper analyzes the formation mechanism of the current mode of economic development based on the view of land system.Then the paper points out that the current land system is an important system cause of the imbalance of demand structure,industrial structure and element structure.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the land system,to increase the difficulty to acquire land and reduce their income.
