摘 要: 现代板材加工数控冲床具有精度要求高、高速度、高加速度等特点,冲床X-Y平台的运动受负载扰动、非线性振动和摩擦等因素的影响是一个典型的非线性系统。文章以伺服系统和数控冲床X-Y平台为控制对象,研究了平台的传动机构和运动特性。运用机理建模的方法,建立了对象的数学模型,同时给出一种内模控制器的设计方法及其鲁棒性设计。仿真和实验结果表明,此控制方法具有良好的跟踪性能和抗干扰性能。 The modern sheet metal processing NC machine tool possess features as high precision,high speed and high acceleration.The movement of the X-Y table is a typical nonlinear system for the influence of load disturbance,nonlinear vibration and friction.In this paper,the system's mathematical model including the servo system and the X-Y table system are presented and researched.It also gives the design method of Internal model control and its robust design.The simulation and experiment results prove that the control strategy have good tracking performance and disturbance rejection performance.
