摘 要: 以直接熔融缩聚法成功制备了L-乳酸和α-苯丙氨酸聚酯酰胺共聚物。采用红外光谱、核磁共振、凝胶色谱、差示扫描量热仪和X射线衍射等对共聚物结构和性能进行了分析测试,重点考察了投料比对产物组成、分子量及其热性能和结晶性能的影响,并对共聚物的降解性能进行了初步试验。随着α-苯丙氨酸含量增加,相应共聚物的分子量明显下降,结晶性下降直至变成无定型态,降解速率随之加快。所制备的L-乳酸和α-苯丙氨酸聚酯酰胺共聚物具有良好的降解性能。 Poly(L-lactic acid-co-α-phenylalanine) copolymers,one of biodegradable poly(ester-amide)s derived from L-lactic acid and α-phenylalanine,were synthesized by direct melting copolymerization using stannous chloride and p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst.The structure and properties of the copolymers were measured via Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H-NMR,13C-NMR),gel permeation in chromatography(GPC),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).With increasing of the content of α-phenylalanine in feed,the copolymer molecular weight decrease,the diffraction and the melting peak disappear markedly,respectively.The hydrolytic degradation test indicates that the resulting copolymer has an excellent degradability;its degradation rate can be enhanced by incorporating more α-phenylalanine into copolymer chain.It is suggested that the obtained copolymer is a potential biomedical material as drug carrier.
