摘　　要： 毛主席把宁波称为英雄的城市,这是对宁波城市和宁波人民为中华民族伟大复兴进行了坚贞不屈的伟大斗争的高度赞誉,同时,还包含着对宁波人在中国争取实现现代化的艰难过程中包括在近现代文化发展中创造的杰出业绩的充分肯定。宁波文化的英雄主义品格主要表现在:能够积极顺应救国图强、社会进步和人民幸福的历史必然要求,甘于牺牲自己最优秀的儿女;常常是在温文尔雅的行为方式中透现出坚定的信仰、执着的追求、勇敢的牺牲和平和的心态;此外,这种英雄主义品格还表现在善于把握机遇,善于抓住事物发展的关键时刻,积极引导事物朝着有利于国家、有利于民族、有利于事业发展的方向前进。 Ningbo was once called a ＂Hero City＂ by chairman Mao.It is a compliment for Ningbo people＇s firm and unyielding fighting for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,meanwhile,it also highly appreciates the efforts of Ningbo people have made to obtain great achievements during the modernization in modern history.The heroism in it＇s charcter lies in sacrificing her outstanding children for a powerful nation,social development and pursuing the happiness for it＇s people;lies in it＇s unwavering faith,persistent approach,a noble sacrifice and peace of mind.Besides,the heroism lies in grasping the opportunities and some critical moment to develop in accord with the interest of the state.
