摘 要: 文章提出一种考虑人体足底压力分布,并采用鞋楦参数化建模技术的鞋楦设计方法,建立并研究了鞋楦特征位置尺寸之间以及人体足底压力分布与鞋楦底部曲面之间的参数关系;利用三维CAD软件建立了鞋楦参数化模型,分别实现了由多个主参数对鞋楦体的整体控制以及足底压力参数对鞋楦底面的控制。 This paper proposes an approach to shoe last design based on foot pressure distribution by using shoe last parametric modeling technology.The parametric relationship among feature location dimensions of a shoe last model,and that between the foot pressure distribution and the curvature of the bottom of a shoe last are established and studied.A parametric model of shoe last is built with 3D CAD software,which achieves the control of the whole shoe last with several main parameters and the control of the bottom of the shoe last with foot pressure parameters.
