聚乙二醇丁二酸酯对铝电解电容器工作电解液性能的影响

摘  要: 以聚乙二醇(400)和丁二酸酐为原料,合成了聚乙二醇丁二酸酯(PEGS)。考察了所制PEGS的添加量和pH值对工作电解液的闪火电压、电导率以及铝电解电容器性能的影响。结果表明:PEGS可以提高工作电解液的闪火电压,并有效抑制电导率的降低;当添加PEGS的质量分数为3%时,工作电解液的闪火电压最大可升高45 V,电导率只降低10-4 S/cm左右;PEGS作添加剂时最佳pH值为6.0;PEGS可使铝电解电容器热稳定性能更好,寿命更长。 PEG(400) succinic acid ester(PEGS) was synthesised by using PEG(400) and succinic acid as raw material. The influence of the addition and the pH value of prepared PEGS on the sparking voltage, electric conductivity of the working electrolyte for aluminum electrolytic capacitor were investigated. The influence of prepared PEGS on the property of aluminum electrolytic capacitor were investigated. The results show that the PEGS improve the sparking voltage of the working electrolyte, at the same time restrain the electric conductivity reduction effectively. With the mass fraction PEGS of 3%, the sparking voltage of the working electrolyte can be increased by 45 V at most, the electric conductivity only be deceased 100 × 10^4 S/cm. The best pH value of PEGS as additive is 6.0. Besides, the aluminum electrolytic capacitors with the PEGS have better thermalstability and longer life.
