摘 要: 注入锁定FP-LD被认为是WD-MPON无色ONU的一种低成本解决方案并受到广泛关注。结合频谱分割ASE噪声与其带宽的关系,实验对比了不同带宽种子光注入下FP-LD的输出特性差异,并综合考虑AWG的滤波效应得出了注入频谱分割ASE带宽优化时需要考虑的问题。 Injection-locked FP-LD used as a low-cost colorless ONU received great attention in WDM-PON research filed.In this paper,considering the relationship between the excess intensity noise and the bandwidth of the spectrum-sliced ASE,the experimental comparison of the output signal quality of the FP-LD injected with different bandwidths seed light was given.Then taking into account the filter effect of the AWG,the influencing factors in the bandwidth optimization of the spectrum-sliced ASE were work out.
