摘 要: 高考具有选拔和评价两种相互依存的功能,近10年来,高考的选拔功能不断被强化,而评价功能则被弱化,结果则是分数的绝对化愈演愈烈。本文从多方面分析高考评价功能缺失的原因,并依据教育与心理测量学的理论与方法提出了改进的建议。 Abstract: National College Entrance Examination (NCEE) has two interdependent functions, which are selection and evaluation. In the last ten years, the selection function of NCEE is being continuously improved while the evaluation function is being weakened, reasons why the assessment function of based on educational and psychometric which NCEE leads to more intense score absolutization.
