摘 要: 在不考虑内扰对建筑冷负荷的影响下,通过对上海地区12座矩形建筑进行模拟分析,得出不同体形参数与建筑单位体积冷负荷的关系,提出用单位体积冷负荷指标作为建筑冷负荷指标的方法。研究结果表明:在同一朝向下,建筑单位体积最大冷负荷与窗墙面积比呈线性关系,且不同的窗墙面积比对应的峰值负荷在1 d内出现的时间相同;同时,单位体积最大冷负荷与建筑体形系数呈线性关系,与建筑尺寸呈反比关系。 Twelve rectangle buildings in Shanghai were simulated without considering inner cooling loads,and the relationship between building cooling loads of per volume and building shape factors was acquired.The method using the index of building cooling loads of per volume for building cooling load calculation was proposed.The results show that the maximal building cooling loads of per volume is proportional to window-wall ratio and building shape coefficients but inverse proportional to building sizes in the same direction.The building peak loads of diversified window-wall ratio occur at the same time of a day.
