摘　　要： 建设项目团队信任是项目成功的关键因素。在回顾团队信任研究的基础上,提出从信任机制演化过程入手进行建设项目团队的信任管理。从整合的角度分析建设项目团队信任发展的快速信任和传统信任两大阶段特点,提出建设项目团队信任基于任务、知识、认同、情感的信任和敏捷信任的五种演化机制,最后针对不同阶段的信任发展特点及信任机制,给出在不同发展阶段中改善建设项目团队信任管理的各种策略。 Team trust as a key success factor in construction project is widely acknowledged.This study aims to enhance the trust management in construction project team from the evolutionary process of trust mechanism.Based on a review of the previous studies on team trust,five major types of trust evolutionary mechanism in construction project team are identified,such as task-based,knowledge-based,recognition-based,emotion-based and agile trust,and then this paper analyzes the characteristics of the two stages of trust,swift trust and traditional trust in the project team trust development.Various strategies of improving project team trust management in different development stages are suggested in the end.
