摘 要: 氧化锆陶瓷套筒表面微米级的裂纹、崩口等缺陷直接影响到光纤连接器的使用寿命和使用性能。介绍了氧化锆陶瓷套筒表面质量自动检测机的研究成果,采用线扫描的CCD成像技术,检测到陶瓷套筒表面多种缺陷;研制出高精度自动机械系统,实现陶瓷套筒自动上料、旋转驱动和分拣下料自动化;采用对比强化和边检测算法处理表面裂纹图像,自动识别表面裂纹类缺陷。 The micron defects such as cracks and gaps on the surface of Zirconia ceramic sleeve directly affects the life and performance of a fiber connector.This article introduces the design and performance of an automatic machine for surface quality detection based on the machine vision technology.A line scan CCD imaging system is built for detecting a variety of ceramic sleeve surface defects.A high-precision automatic system is developed for achieving ceramic sleeve automatic feeding,rotary drive and laying off;Contrast enhanced and edge detected algorithm is used to process surface cracks images,and to identifiy the cracks on the surface of ceramic sleeve automatically.
