摘　　要： 将棉织物低温练漂新助剂——精练剂DM-B806、活化剂DM-B808对棉织物进行一浴一步低温练漂处理,对其原理、组分和使用方法进行了介绍,并与常规工艺处理后织物的白度、毛效、降强率等进行对比,结果表明,采用低温练漂工艺可缩短加工时间、节能环保。 A new low-temperature scouring and bleaching agent DM-B806,activator DM-B808 were used to cotton fabric in one-bath-one-step low temperature processing.Their theory,composition and use of methods were described,and the whiteness,capillary effect and reducing high rates of treated fabric were compared with conventional processes.It is proved that the low temperature bleaching process could shorten the processing time and save energy.
