摘 要: 学校通过不同途径从企业聘请技术人员作为兼职教师,建立企业技术人员与学校教师"一对一"教学组合共同指导学生进行"五段式"岗位实习。结对教师互签协议,同时进行交流,共同制定岗位工作计划及授课计划。通过评选等方式进行激励。如开展"最佳组合""成长之星""支援之星"的评选活动,并挂学院网页;用文件的形式明确企业与学校教师的待遇和权利。校内教师协助企业教师按教学计划完成各类教学资料的收集与整理上报工作,校内教师根据教学安排每月不定期到企业实践,不断完善教学方案,改进教学方法,积极开发校本教材,提高技能型人才培养质量。 Enterprise technicians are employed to take part-time teaching in vocational schools so as to form 'one plus one' teaching corporation pattern to instruct the students to carry out the 'five-stage' practice.School teachers are required to help the technicians to collect all kinds of teaching materials and submit all related materials.And the school teacher are assigned to do the working practice in corresponding enterprises so as to perfect teaching mode,improve teaching method,develop school-oriented teaching material and thus improve the skill-oriented personnel training quality.
