摘　　要： 提高法律职业技能培养水平,必须更新观念、提高认识,提高教师实践教学水平,建立科学的训练模式,科学设置课程,完善相关制度和保障机制,充分发挥法律实务部门作用,加强实训场所及相关软硬件设施建设。 To strengthen law vocational skill training is the demand of the existence and development of China law vocational education and it is also a very important practice to cultivate high quality law professional personnel and improve the competitive competence of the students.To improve the law vocational skill training level,it is necessary to change the out-dated idea,improve the teaching level of the teachers,to establish scientific training mode,to set curriculums scientifically,to perfect related policy and protective mechanism,to give full play to the law practice departments and to strengthen the establishment of training practice and related software and hardware.
