摘　　要： 校本管理早已不是一个新名词,而在职业教育领域的运用是一种创新。校本管理理念或模式对于职业教育的发展也的确有着重大的意义,这也是将校本管理应用到职业学校管理当中的必要条件。本文期望通过对校本管理的探究,从而悟出如何在职业教育领域贯彻实施校本管理。并且期望,这种新的理念和模式能够促进职业教育新的发展。 School-based Management is not a new matter and its use in vocational education is an innovation.The idea or mode of School-based Management is of great significance to the development of vocational education,which is also the necessary condition for its use in the management of vocational school.By way of exploring School-based Management,this paper aims to figure out how to implement the School-based Management in vocational education.Thus,this new idea or mode is expected to promote the new development of vocational education.
