预应力碳纤维薄板增强钢筋混凝土梁疲劳破坏模式及疲劳寿命研究

摘  要: 将预应力碳纤维片材粘贴到需要补强的钢筋混凝土梁上,可有效改善结构力学性能,提高加固效率。以预应力碳纤维薄板增强钢筋混凝土梁为研究对象,对其进行抗弯疲劳试验,发现预应力碳纤维薄板增强钢筋混凝土梁的破坏模式主要有受压区混凝土疲劳压碎、钢筋疲劳断裂以及界面疲劳剥离。针对不同的疲劳破坏模式,推导预应力碳纤维薄板增强钢筋混凝土梁弯曲疲劳寿命模型,并将计算值与抗弯疲劳试验结果进行对比,吻合较好。 Pasting the prestressed carbon fiber laminates onto the reinforced concrete beams that need strengthening can effectively improve mechanical properties of structure and enhance strengthening efficiency. This paper carries out bending fatigue test for the prestressed carbon fiber laminate (CFL) strengthening reinforced concrete beams as its research object and finds that the failure modes of the prestressed CFL strengthening reinforced concrete beams mainly include crushing of concrete in compressive zone due to fatigue, fracture of reinforcements due to fatigue and peeling of interfaces due to fatigue. Aiming at different fatigue failure modes, the paper derives bending fatigue lifetime models of the prestressed CFL strengthening reinforced concrete beams, and compares the calculated values with the bending fatigue test results, a good coincidence is obtained.
