摘 要: 根据塑料注射成型模具的总体设计,借助Microsoft面向对象编程的VB6.0技术作为塑料注射模具设计计算的手段,采用T-FLEXCAD系统软件,作为塑料注模具结构设计的工具,通过数据连接,将VB编程计算的结果来驱动模具结构图形,快速自动生成模具零件图及装配图,同时生成注射模具三维装配图,实现同一系列不同规格塑件的塑料注射模具柔性化设计。提高了注射模具设计效率,缩短模具设计周期。 According to the overall plastic injection mold design,object-oriented programming with VB6.0 Microsoft technology as a plastic injection mold design and calculation methods,the use of T-FLEXCAD system software,as a plastic injection mold design tools,through the data connection,the result will be calculated VB programming to drive the mold structure graphics,fast auto-generated maps and mold assembly drawings,and assembly drawings generated three-dimensional injection molding,to achieve the same series of different specifications of plastic injection mold plastic parts flexible design.Improve the efficiency of injection mold design,mold design cycles shorten.
