摘 要: 目的了解大学生对同性恋的认知及态度,为高等院校开展相关内容的健康教育提供依据。方法采用便利抽样方法,对广州市某高校在校大学生567名进行问卷调查,比较不同性别、不同生源地、周围是否有同性恋的大学生对同性恋的认知及态度。结果大学生对同性恋各项基本知识的知晓率为59.9%~70.8%。在某些项目上,不同生源地的大学生对同性恋的认知和态度差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);在态度方面,女生对同性恋比男生更加宽容(P值均<0.05),与同性恋有过接触的大学生对同性恋的态度要正面积极(P值均<0.05)。58.5%的大学生通过网络获取同性恋知识,17.1%的大学生通过学校课堂获取。87.9%的大学生希望进一步获取同性恋相关知识。结论大学生对同性恋的态度是比较宽容的,但是对同性恋的认知还亟待提高。采取多种途径的健康教育是正确对待同性恋的重要举措。 Objective To understand the university students' cognition and attitude to homosexuality, so as to provide some reference for university health education. Methods By convenience sampling, questionnaires were conducted to investigate cognition and attitude toward homosexuality among 567 undergraduates in certain university in Guangzbou, and then compare the outcomes to find out if there any difference between gen- ders, residences, contact on cognition and attitude. Results The right rate of basic knowledge of homosexuality was 59.9% - 70.8%. On the respect of cognition, there was statistical significance in residence ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; On the respect of attitude, the female had more positive attitudes toward homosexuality than male ( P 〈 0.05 ). Exposure to and contact with homosexuals resulted in more positive attitudes toward homosexuality ( P 〈 0.05 ). About 58.5% university students got the information about homosexuality from internet, only 17.1% students got the information from class. About 87.9% university students wanted to get more information than before. Conclusion The university students' attitude toward homosexuality are healthy and reasonable, but the cognition still needs to be improved. Health education through varied approaches plays an important role in changing the attitude toward homosexuality.
