PAC影响MBR污泥混合液特性及膜污染研究

摘  要: 通过对比试验考察了投加PAC对MBR污泥混合液特性的影响,拟合EPS与泥饼层阻力Rc和SMP与膜孔堵塞阻力Rp的关系,并在此基础上进一步探讨了PAC减缓膜污染的原因.结果表明,投加PAC可以降低混合液黏度,增大污泥粒径,减缓过膜压力的增加;混合液EPS含量、污泥比阻与Rc具有很好的相关性,PAC的投加降低了EPS含量,减小污泥比阻,减缓Rc增加速度,减轻膜污染;Rp随上清液中SMP浓度增大呈指数增加,PAC的投加降低了SMP浓度,从而减缓了Rp的增长速度;两反应器运行过程中,Rc和Rp逐渐增大,但Rc/Rf(26.32%~63.16%)始终大于Rp/Rf(7.89%~35.32%),说明Rc是膜污染的主要因素,投加PAC对控制Rc的作用大于对Rp的减缓作用. Effect of dosing powder activated carbon(PAC) on the characteristics of the sludge mixed liquor in membrane bioreactor (MBR) was investigated by parallel tests.And the reason that PAC mitigated membrane fouling was also explored.The results showed that PAC could decrease mixture viscosity and increase sludge particle size,which led to less trans-membrane pressure developing.Extracellular polymer substances(EPS) content,sludge specific resistance and cake layer resistance(Rc) had a good correlation.Adding PAC could decrease EPS concentration,sludge specific resistance and then slow down the increase of Rc,which mitigated membrane fouling.Membrane pore blocking resistance(Rp) increased exponentially with increasing of the soluble microbial products (SMP) concentration in the supernatant.Dosing PAC reduced the SMP concentration and slowed down the growth rate of Rp,which was helpful to mitigating membrane fouling.Rc and Rp increased along with the operation of MBRs and Rc /Rf(26.32%-63.16%) was always greater than Rp /Rf(7.89%-35.32%) which suggested the Rc was the main factor in membrane fouling.Moreover,it was also found that controlling of dosing PAC on Rc was better than it on Rp.
