摘　　要： 基于国际经验,工业化是经济社会发展必经的历史阶段,而产业持续升级是实现工业化的重要途径。文章以生产要素的两种基本形态为研究起点,着重剖析了要素配置结构对产业升级影响的机理,认为产业不断升级的过程是要素配置结构不断革新与演化的过程。即工业化是一个要素配置结构主要源于初级生产要素的产业升级演化到要素配置结构主要源于高级生产要素的产业升级,在此基础上再向更深层次要素配置结构主要源于高级生产要素的产业升级演化的过程。另外,文章结合英国工业化和美国工业化的案例对以上机理进行了研究。 Based on the international experience, industrialization is necessary for the historical and social development, and the industrial continual upgrading is Based on the two basic forms of production elements, the paper anal tion structure affects industrial upgrading. Industry escalating the important way of realizing stage of economic industrialization. yzes the mechanism which the elements configuraprocess is the one of innovation and evolutionary process of elements configuration structure. Namely industrialization is a primary allocation structure in which elements configuration structure mainly coming from the primary factors of production transits the course of elements configuration structure mainly coming from the senior production elements. In addition,the paper studied the mechanism of combining with the British industrialization and American industrialization.
