纳米ZnO改性在ZrO_2微滤膜油水分离过程中的作用

摘  要: 采用均相沉淀法,对ZrO2微滤膜进行纳米ZnO改性,考察了未改性和ZnO改性微滤膜在油水分离过程中的渗透通量和油截留率的变化规律.实验结果表明,改性微滤膜具有良好的显微结构,同时在油水分离过程中,改性膜的渗透通量明显高于未改性膜,其中ZnO一次改性微滤膜的渗透通量比未改性膜提高了26.2%.在进行了120 min的油水分离后,未改性膜渗透液中的油浓度仍未达标,而改性膜的渗透液已经达标,且其油截留率均高于未改性膜. Zirconium oxide microfiltration membrane was modified by nano zinc oxide by coprecipitation. The variations of permeation flux and oil rejection of the unmodified and zinc oxide modified membranes in the oil/water separation process were discussed. The results show that the modified membrane has good microstructure, the permeation flux of zinc oxide modified membranes is higher than that of the unmodified membrane in the oil/water separation process; especially, the permeation flux of nano zinc oxide once modified microfiltration membrane increases by more 26.2% compared with that of the unmodified membrane. The oil content in the permeation of unmodified membrane does not reach the national standards after 120 min, but that of the mod- ified membranes comes up to the national standards. And the oil rejection of the modified membranes gets higher than that of the unmodified membrane.
