摘　　要： 曾国藩生长在湘乡,首先接受的是湘乡人的教育、湘乡人的影响。湘乡人吃苦耐劳、敢当道义等独特地域文化精神,促成了曾国藩的显赫功业;曾国藩的地位和影响,对湘乡人的扶持帮助,成全了湘乡籍湘军将领的功名富贵,孕发了湘乡在晚清时期文治武功的发达。曾国藩对湘乡文教事业的重视,促发近现代湘乡人才群体的形成。 Born in Xiangxiang,Zeng Guofan was naturally cultivated and influenced by Xiangxiang people.The unique local culture,such as hardworking,integrity and responsibility,facilitated the great achievements of Zeng Guofan;meanwhile,the aid and help from Zeng Guofan with his prominent status and powerful influence,brought great positions and fortunes for officers of Xiangxiang,which promoted the intellectual and military achievements in this area during the late part of Qing Dynasty.Zeng Guofan paid much attention to cultural and educational work in Xiangxiang,which nurtured the growth of Xiangixang talent groups in modern times.
