摘 要: 以某公司生产的漆包机设备为例,分析现有漆包机电气控制方式的特点,针对其存在的缺陷和待完善之处,提出一种基于单板机控制的漆包机电气控制方案。介绍该系统的硬件结构;通过运用多种控制策略,实现对新型立式漆包机生产过程的控制。结果表明:该控制系统设计合理,能够达到技术要求。 Taking the lacquering machine produced by some company as an example, the characteristics of existing electrical control system of the machine were analyzed. Aiming at the deficiencies of the system and the aspects to be improved, an electrical control method based on single-board-compute was proposed. The hardware structure of the system was introduced. The running process of the lacquering machine was controlled by some different control strategies. It is found that the design of the control system is reasonable and it can meet the technical requirement.
