摘 要: 研究了光照强度、pH、锌盐等3种环境因素对富锌和硒的钝顶螺旋藻生长和富集量的影响,表明光照强度对藻生长和富集量的影响具有同步增长的态势,而锌盐、pH对藻生长和富集量的影响却出现不同步性。根据实验结果,调整培养条件,得到新的培养条件,使藻的生长速度加快,对硒富集量提高20.7%,锌富集量提高25.2%。 The effects of three kinds of environmental conditions, i.e.light intensity, pH, zinc salt on the growth and bioaccumulation of Zn and Se in Spirulina platensis were studied. The results showed that light intensity enchanced Spirulina platensis grow and bioaccumulate Se and Zn, pH and zinc salt influence the growth and bioaccumulation Se and Zn at different phase. According to the results, a new culture condition was obtained, it could increase Spirulina grow speed, and bioenrichment of Se raise 25.2%, Zn raise 20.7%.
