高铁酸钾去除微污染水源水中氰化物的试验研究

摘  要: 以高铁酸钾(K2FeO4)为氧化剂,对微污染水源水中微量CN-的去除进行了研究,考察了pH、温度、反应时间、K2FeO4投加量、CN-初始浓度等因素对CN-去除的影响;并对用K2FeO4氧化除CN-机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明,pH在7~10.5范围内,CN-去除率随着pH的上升而升高;温度对去除CN-无明显影响。在pH为9.0、氧化10min的条件下,当原水中CN-浓度为0.25mg/L时,投加2.5mg/L(K2FeO4∶CN-=10∶1)的K2 FeO4,可使出水CN-剩余浓度降至0.05mg/L以下,达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)中对CN-的规定。当原水中氰化物初始浓度改变时,K2FeO4投加量应做相应的调整。 The removal of cyanide from micro-polluted waters by K2FeO4 was studied.The effect of pH,temperature,reaction time,dosage of Ferrate(VI),initial cyanide concentration on the cyanide removal was investigated and the mechanism of cyanide removal was discussed.The results showed that,within the pH ranges of 7 ~ 10.5,the removal efficiency of cyanide increased as the pH became larger,while the effect of temperature was not obvious.Under the condition that the pH = 9.0,the oxidation time is 10min,and the initial cyanide concentration is 0.25mg /L in the raw water,2.5mg /L(K2 FeO4 ∶ CN-= 10∶ 1) ferrate(VI) can reduce the residual concentration of cyanide to lower than 0.05mg /L,which satisfied the requirement of water quality standard for drinking water health standards (GB 5749-2006).Changing the initial concentration of cyanide,the dosage of ferrate(VI) should be raised to keep high removal efficiency of cyanide.
