摘　　要： 总结科技期刊过刊的价值利用方法。认为赠送过刊给期刊发行未覆盖的地区医院、边远地区及基层医院图书馆以及护理人员、护理院校及教学医院,可以有效开发利用过刊资源,提高期刊发行量,扩大影响力,提高护理人员的论文写作水平,拓宽稿源并吸引优秀稿件。 Editorial Department of Journal of Nursing,Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University,510515,Guangzhou,ChinaAbstract：Methods of scientific journal back issue＇s value in use are summarized.It includes Offering back issues to the libraries in the journal not sold areas,the outlying areas,or the grass-roots,and donating towards the paramedics,nursing schools and teaching hospitals.These methods could use the back issues efficiently,raise the journal＇ circulation and influence,enhance the paramedics＇ scientific research writing,broaden contributions and attract high quality contributions.
