摘　　要： 通过开展面向行业、企业的职业培训与应用型科研,可以建立起完整的培训链和产学研链条。基于此搭建的产学研合作平台不仅可以强化"双师素质"教学团队的建设,还可以结合工作过程系统化课程开发,适时更新专业教学内容,达到有效整合各方资源、密切校企合作的目的。这一人才培养目标更接近行业、企业的实际用人标准,同时能够充分发挥高职教育的社会服务功能,实现学校和行业、企业的共赢。 By carrying out the vocational training and applied research for industries and businesses, a complete chain of training and industry-school-research can be built. The platform to build production-school-research cooperation based on this not only intensify the construction of ＂double-competency-teacher-quality＂ teaching team but also systematically develop the courses in combination with work process and timely update the teaching contents in specialty so as to achieve the purpose of effective integration of all resources and close cooperation between schools and enterprises. This talent-training goal is closer to the actual employment standards of industries and enterprises and meanwhile can give full play to the social-service function of higher vocational education so as to achieve the win-win of school, industry and enterprise.
