摘　　要： 随着高等职业教育规模的不断扩大,办学规模与办学质量之间的矛盾日益突出。如何抓住影响教学质量的关键因素,确保教学质量不断提高,已成为高职院校持续发展的关键问题。本文从教学质量保障的角度,分析了新加坡南洋理工学院有效的教师能力提升、"双轨制"课程体系及项目课程开发、"教学工厂"模式实施等关键措施和经验,并对我国高职院校如何保障教学质量提出了建议。 As the expansion of the size of higher vocational education,the contradiction between scale and quality is increasingly prominent.How to seize the key factors affecting the teaching quality and ensure the quality of teaching has become the key problems of sustainable development for higher vocational colleges,This paper from the angle of teaching quality assurance,analyzes the effective enhance of teachers＇ ability,a new course system and program development,＂teaching factory＂ model implementation of NanYang Polytechnic and how to guarantee the quality of teaching.
